Step 1 :- Open this url http://www.chromeextensions.org/utilities/ultimate-youtube-downloader/  from google chrome.

Step 2 :- click on Add to Chrome button.
After just a sec one pop up windows open like below pic . Then Click on Add button.

Step 3 :- Restart Chrome Browser.

Step 4 :-  Visit Youtube
